Tappet roller fix tool
It's not mass-produced, so please hurry.
This tappet roller fix tool was discontinued quite some time ago, but with the cooperation of Wallace in Japan, it is a wonderful special tool that has almost the same basic shape as the Bender Cycle one, but the crimping part has been changed to a special shape instead of a ball so that the pins can be pushed open neatly.
The Bender Cycle fixture tool was a ball crimping type, but the recent pins have changed to a center drilled hole in the crushing part, so it is difficult to crush while pushing open neatly when crushing with the ball type, and it is easy to crack, so it is not a pleasant feeling.
We started production with the main goal of improving the way the pins are crimped, and after trial and error with Reverb and WALLESS, we adopted a tapered shape instead of a ball tip so that the pins can be crushed firmly and neatly.
You can crush the pins neatly as shown in the third image.
I think we have created a wonderful tool that matches the current axle pins.
Of course, it's great for people who want it for new work, but even those who have been using Bender Cycle products might want to switch to this one, considering that it can be used to crimp more neatly!
