Refund policy
Please note that we do not accept returns for personal reasons.
In the case of defective items, we will process a refund after confirming the defect via a photo attached to an email sent within 7 days of receipt.
If you wish to receive a refund for a defective item, please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving the item.
If you do not receive a response within 3 business days, please contact us again.
Due to spam filters and domain restrictions, emails may not be delivered properly. Please ensure that the following domain is not blocked:

Depending on your email service, email client, or antivirus software, messages may be classified as spam and not delivered properly.
(This especially applies to users of free email services such as Hotmail.)
In such cases, please check your spam folder or adjust your settings accordingly.
Please note that returns of defective items will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- More than 7 days have passed since receipt
- The item is used
- The recipient is different from the orderer, except in cases of defects
Return Procedure:
1. Within 7 days of receiving the product, please send the following information by email:
- Your name
- Home address
- Email address
- Product name and number
- Description of defect (please attach photos if there is any damage)
- Order number (as shown in your order confirmation email)
2. Once your email is confirmed, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
*Return shipping costs will be covered by our shop.
3. Once the returned item is received, we will proceed with the refund process.
