Turn signal push switch/bolt-on for 1972-81 switch boxes
Fixed turn signal switches that can be used with genuine switch boxes for 1971-81 SHOVELHEAD/XL are now in stock!
This switch is a push-to-turn-on switch that is suited to Japan's traffic conditions, instead of the strange genuine specification that allows the turn signal to be turned on only while it is pressed.
Unlike previous products, the genuine retaining plate can be used as is.
The installation is exactly the same as the genuine product, and it is a bolt-on type that allows you to insert the switch and secure it with the retaining plate.
The base is a reliable Japanese-made switch, and each body is machined to fit the 1971-81 switch box.
The switch cap is a screw-in type.
*The initial lot had a black cap that was snapped on, but since there were rare cases of the cap being lost, the current lot has the cap/male screw/spring pre-glued.
By gluing, the cap is fixed to the switch as a screw, and the spring applies tension to prevent the cap from loosening or falling off.
When installing, screw the screw into the switch and tighten it firmly until it can no longer be closed.
If the screw is not screwed in properly, the cap may fall off due to vibration.
*Sold individually.
Please purchase two for one vehicle.
Processed to fit into Harley switch box.
Since it is processed by hand, some roughness may be visible, but please note that this does not affect the use of the product.
