This is a battery box kit for genuine horseshoe oil tanks.
The largest size 12V YTX7L-BS battery that can be stored in a horseshoe oil tank can be installed with a bolt-on.
The body is made of stainless steel, so there is no need to worry about rust.
It is designed to be as rattle-free as possible based on the dimensions of the GS YUASA / taiwan YUASA / DAYTONA YTX7L-BS battery.
It may be a little difficult to insert a generic YTX7L-BS battery.
Please check the battery separately before installing it in the oil tank.
If it is a little large, you should be able to accommodate it by slightly expanding the blue circle in the instruction manual.
It is compatible with both the 6-hole and 4-hole oil tank plates in the instruction manual.
Point ①
The circuit breaker mounting bracket allows for neat wiring.
The breaker clip can be easily attached using a thin bolt instead of a rivet.
Point ②
The top cover is secured with a bolt that incorporates a locking washer, so washers will not fall off when removing the cover.
The nuts on the back are also press-fitted and can be removed with a flathead screwdriver.
Point ③
A hard anti-vibration special sponge is used on the bottom.
In addition to providing vibration protection to the battery, the battery is firmly secured with a slight tension from the top cover.
