Float O-ring for SCREAMIN EAGLE butterfly

This is very niche, but the genuine product is already out of production, so here is good news for those who have been using Screamin's butterfly as decoration!

We have made this product using the best materials, which are made to order by Kishida Precision Industries.

For those who have been in trouble because they don't have a gasket, you can now use the carburetor that was gathering dust on the shelf!!

Recommended!

The material is fluororubber (FKM).

A synthetic rubber with advanced properties that other synthetic rubbers cannot match, such as oil resistance, chemical resistance, heat resistance, flame resistance, weather resistance, and ozone resistance.

Excellent heat resistance.

Very little deterioration even at high temperatures of 200°C.

Excellent weather resistance and ozone resistance.

Excellent resistance to hot water and chemicals.

*Compatible carburetors
HD genuine "Screamin' Eagle" Keihin butterfly carburetor
Also compatible with Andrews Flowmaster butterfly carburetor

The same dimensions as the original, the adjustment part (usually only adjustable with a small flathead screwdriver) is an original 8mm hexagonal shape that is a good guide for the return amount when adjusting and can be adjusted with a flathead screwdriver.

It is the right length, shape, and size to easily adjust by pinching it with your hand.

The O-ring is made of the same rubber material as the alcohol-resistant needle (commonly known as the AA Needle), which was developed independently by Keyster (Kishida Precision Works Ltd.) under a patent.

For all of you who have been struggling with the settings of Keihin butterfly! Buy it now!

[Additional note on compatibility]
We apologize for the addition and correction that this product cannot be used or installed on the very early types.

Only for this very rare early model, which has a very small number of existing models, the shape of the mixture part (including the carb body and the mixture alone) is completely different from the butterfly carbs from after that.

It is more like a Bendix or S&S carb, with the mixture body exposed and able to be turned either by pinching it with bare hands or with a screwdriver, and no O-ring is used, only a spring.

The shape of the tip of the mixture is also very simple, with a taper angle... more like an air screw.

Please check the actual vehicle if you have a 1976 vehicle before ordering.

For carburetors from 1981 onwards, the carburetor is originally blinded, so please use a slide hammer or drill to remove the blind cover before use.
The carburetor screws are delicate, so we recommend having them done at a professional shop.
